pain in testicals

Hi I'm 23 with no helth problems atall but about a year ago I had a pulling tender pain in my right testical I went to my gp who sent me for a scan and the results showed nothing but pain was still there so returned to my gp who jus keeps giving me painkillers and now the pain will go for a week or too and come back worse relly don't no what to do plz help

Thanks your answer does sound write as before it started I lost my job and was relly depressed and did not go out for ages jus sat and watched tv most of the time I will returne to my gp I relly appriciate ur help thanks

If your GP has been no help you can see a urologist.  It could be something like epididymitis.  It could also be a musculoskeletal problem.  You would need special physical therapy with exercises if it's just that your psoas muscle or iliopsoas muscle is too tight.  These are tricky muscles to lengthen once they have shortened.  Sitting too much can cause the problem.
