penis pain when ejaculating

So the last week or so I have had slight burning deep inside my urethra when peeing, it hurts about 5x worse when I ejaculate though. I don't think its an STD because my girlfriend and I have been together about 7 months and have had no issues until this. Is this some sort of urine infection or something? Thank you in advance!

While you can't rule out an STD, it sounds like what you have might simply be a urinary tract infection; while these are often thought of as more common in women, they definitely do happen in men.  Sometimes these clear up on their own, but it's not a bad idea to see a doctor and get something to speed the process along. Proper daily penis care also needs to include the use of a high end penis vitamin cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil).  The proper cream will have a healthy mix of ingredients, including a range of vitamins like A, B5 and D.

Hi,
It is most likely to be a urinary infection or a stone issue, do consult a urologist.
