Yea i thought i had this my foreskin would only go so far (So i couldnt see the whole of the head of my penis)

But then I started my 1st relationship with a gril
My gf and me where in the mood and she started to pleasure me (With her hand) and all of a sudden i noticed that the full head of my penis was showing.
I was worried at 1st but didnt say anything, after that i went to the toliet and realized that i hadnt been pulling the foreskin hard enough etc when i was looking at it...

Im not saying pull the skin back etc, but it might need some encouragament lol :)

Your foreskin should be able to go back (retract) all the way over your glans (head). In some guys this doesn't happen. The condition is called phimosis. (You can search the web for that word and you will find a lot of information).

In some men it doesn't go back at all, in some it just doesn't go back all the way. It depends on your situation.

Circumcision is the surgical removal of the entire foreskin. It is quite common in the West (especially the U.S.) for cultural reasons. Some religions do it routinely (Jewish, Islam). When a boy is not circumcised at birth the foreskin stays. Sometimes it can cause problems.

Will it cause problems with sex? That depends on how severe it is. If it doesn't retract at all it can cause pain during sex. If you can masturbate without pain it shouldn't be a problem during sex.

If it can go most of the way back, you can exercise it every day by gently pulling it back as far as you can. Try to go a little farther each day but don't cause yourself any pain. This will gradually stretch the skin.

A doctor can also prescribe a steroid cream to put on it. This will soften the skin and perhaps allow it to retract.

Circumcision is a last choice. It's only necessary if you've tried the above and it still causes problems during sex.
