red/pink patch

I have a red area on the rim of my penis head, in some light I cant see anything but in others I can see two lines that run parallel to each other up and down, I was tested for gonorrhea, syphilis and chlamydia and all came back negative, no real bump just that spot which has been around for 3 months now, it has faded slightly but now there is more of a pink rash type form around the spot.  No pain no itching no burning, was never filled with any fluid.  Gets very red and kind of shiny when aroused and after orgasm the entire head is covered in a white and red patchy color for a little bit.
