Have you had any recent sexual exposure?  If your mom won't pay right now for std testing or a doctor to look at it, what about giving the hemorrhoid treatment a try to see if it clears it up?  Is it prep H that she gave you?  I've had a hemorrhoid before and it blew up and wasn't really a blister. But I guess I'm back to asking why you think it might be something more . . . have you had any recent sexual activity that would make you suspicious?
