strange sensations on my penis

i have had some bad luck in the groin area. 3 weeks ago while at work u squeezed into a really tight spot and injured my one testical. nothing that i thought would need a doctor for but enough to hurt bad and is still tender. then 2 days later i spilled a large amount of gas on my groin area witch soaked my penis witch was extremely uncomfortable and also painful.. i wasn't able to clean my self of right away i noticed later that day when i got home in the shower the head ( corona ) area of my penis was red and irritated. i was getting prickly sensations for the past 2 plus weeks but i'm thinking it was due to my penis head rubbing my pubic hair.   later that week i had protected sex but the condom broke.  i was worried so i cleaned my self off and even used hand sanitizer on my penis after i worried about getting an std. i did go and get an std test and am waiting for results. since the gas spill issue i've noticed the corona ares still looks irritated and swollen at times. the last 2 days ive been applying Polysporin and that helps the irritation and swelling. should i be worried?

I don't think you need to be worried, but I do think you should see a doctor. You've had a lot happen in a short period of time.

Your doctor may be able to prescribe something that will help you heal faster than polysporin.

Also, hand sanitizer never should be used on the genitals, and won't work to prevent an STD infection. Once you're infected, you're infected.

You should also have a doctor take a look at your testicle to make sure that's okay, too.

Let us know what happens, and I hope you feel better soon.
