whats wrong with me?!?!

hi, i am a 17 year old male, i have a sore throat whith swollen lymph things i have an anal fissure i have stomach pain some dullness around the base of my peis more underneath the skin and bone it feels like my anus and **** are connected(feeling down my penis underneath pelvis feel a tube that is my **** inside?? that connects kindo of to the anus in that area not sure but if you know please let me know) and it hurts throughout the middle but down the whole penis i also have some body pains. i went for blood test and urine test the other day but im  scared and trying to get as much info as i can. i was checked lastnight/thismorning for the fissure (when i was diagnosed) but i think i have had it for months please let me know all you can? i am a virgin too and i think it could be mondors,jock itch, uti,etc there is a bit a vein bulging but the main middle vein im not sure but i thinks it the urethra please corrrect me if i am wrong. hurts and my penis seems to conttract as if it was cold even when im not.

thanks for the tip. i thoguht it was a uti for almost a week now but before that i thought it could have been mondors could it be??

Hi,
     It appears to be a bad case of  UTI, the urine test should catch it. If nothing is seen, then it should still be a case of prostatitis. Google for prostatitis and get more details and variations of this condition.

fissure is from constipation or when i stuck my finger up because i thought there was blood but then there was.
