So, what about switching the time of day you take the fluoxetine? My son takes that at night.  There can be a trade off as being tired is not as bad as depression but understand that it is cumbersome.  Prozac/fluoxetine is a great medication and you can switch when you take it for better energy.  When do you take the clomipramine? That's a trycyclic agent for ocd.  I would talk to your doctor about timing of meds.  Also, this may sound strange but if you don't exercise, start. It gives one more energy overall,  Eating well, getting proper nutrition too.  You mention thyroid.  Is your thyroid function low?

Yes my thyroid was low and i am taking 100 mcg of thyroxine daily. Main problem is with this fatigue I can not walk on 4,5 storey building I get tired with heavy pounding heart.
That's a lot of fatigue.  I would talk to your doctor about this.  It sounds physical and that can be from the thyroid if the med is not quite working well enough for you or it could be because of a whole picture of nutrition, mood, conditioning, etc. or it could be a lethargy from your mood alone.
