Mirtazapine & duloxetine Together

I have been on escitalopram / citalopram for a few years but will be switching to the above.

after a bit of research I have seen that this is referred to as limerick or Californian rocket fuel which is somewhat worrying - does anyone have experience of this combination

Hi, I do know that doctors will sometimes find a combo of things (most often by accident) works best in a patient. A low dose of one and a higher dose of another. With Mirtazapine & duloxetine used together, you have to watch for serotonin syndrome. They are commonly prescribed together though.
