So for the past year I have been experiencing skull jarring, where it feels like my skull is bouncing inside my head when I run or walk to hard, during jumping, and when sudden movements occur. I have also experienced tingling throughout my body which has died down recently but about 8 months ago was bad and annoying. I've noticed with the skull jarring it slowed down and basically stopped whenever I took my nasal spray in the morning for my allergies. Every-time I took my nasal spray it limited the shaking in the head to a large degree and I was able to workout with very little shaking or with none at all. It kept me thinking why did the nasal spray help?
When I went to the clinic and told the doctor a few months ago I was having tingling and skull jarring the doctor took my blood pressure and everything was normal. I also a few months ago had my blood tested and no signs of diabetes and other things that may lead to tingling especially.
Recently I have had tightening on mostly the left side of the head which I think are the blood vessels off and on throughout the day usually after an hour or more but sometimes it doesn't happen that much. I remember having some tightening a few months ago as well but it didn't occur as much as it is now I don't think. I have also felt a little sluggish but that might be to the lack of sleep because sometimes I have to wake up early. I have also experienced vibrating in the back to top of my head every now and then.
I'm just wondering are all of these symptoms somehow connected to one issue and if so what is the cause of this?
I'll be going to the doctor later this week to get checked out about this but for right now any information or help will be greatly appreciated.
