Daily headaches feeling like electric current

I have been having a headache during two months that starts after some minutes when I wake up and continues as long as I'm inactive. It feels like electric current, sometimes pulsating and following the heartbeat rythm. The pain is often at a moderate level but enough to make me struggle reading and concentrating. The pain occures somewhere in the middle of my head and sometimes on the back. The first time I felt the headache was when I was wearing headphones, the pain suddenly raised up and felt very painful, I since then dropped using them fearing it was because of them. I was sensible to sounds and had trouble analyzing screens (i.e my phone ), I also felt like what I was seeing was moving slightly for a brief moment which felt like nausea. Now I haven't felt any of these after one or two weeks when it started but I'm still struggling with the headache for the rest of the days..
I also took some paracetamol medication but it did no remarquable change to how I feel.

I'm sorry you are going through this. It sounds quite miserable.

Does it sound like this - https://www.webmd.com/migraines-headaches/occipital-neuralgia-symptoms-causes-treatments?

Here are some other possibilities - https://www.livestrong.com/article/220948-neurological-disorders-that-have-symptoms-of-electrical-shock-feelings/

I think it's important that you see your doctor. I don't think you're having a stroke or anything, but since the pain is lingering, that's always a sign to get things checked.

Let us know what they say, and I hope you feel better soon!

I have gone to the doctor, he said to me I was having migraines due to anxiety and he recommended me Ibuprofen and Stressam. However the problem is that I'm not anxious and I don't have any particular problem with anyone that is affecting my mental health ( except this one ) , I've took the medicament but they did an insignificant job, I was having the vibrations at random moments even though I was taking 800mg of ibuprofen per day, now I just dropped their usage and I'm stuck continuously with this.
Now I can feel something that is pounding in my head (I'm sure it is blood, because I can feel it flowing in the same rythm when I touch my head) and sometimes I feel tingling in my ears, the vibrations (migraine) come along with this. Pain is always in the middle/back of the head.
Did he call them tension headaches? Tension headaches can be from stress, but can also be from other things, like bad posture, hunger, low iron levels, jaw or dental problems, not enough sleep, among other things, like anxiety or stress.

If the medications aren't working, keep working with your doctor. If that's not what he called them, and you aren't stressed, or aren't stressed every time you feel it, ask to work with a neurologist. You can also try an ice pack on the back of your neck, or a heating pad may help - everyone is different, you can find which works best for you. This won't cure it, but may help the pain while you have it. If you can buy something like Icy Hot or BioFreeze spray where you live, try spraying that on your neck. It may help.

It can be REALLY frustrating to get headaches diagnosed. Continue to push and advocate for yourself. Keep me posted, okay?
