Headaches, cold sensation and tender spots on my head HELP!! What's wrong with me?

Ok I will start off by saying, I did commonly have headaches when I was younger. I'm 20 now. When I was 17, I started exploring my sexuality and I realized my just stroking my clit, I can feel a build up and a subsequent release. I didn't scream, just some grunts and noises and it was quick. The first time, I did that, I had weird sensations in my head like blood rushing and one sided headache.
Eventually I got into a habit of masturbating when I need a release or when I just need to relax and go to bed.
Now 2 years or so down the road,I realized that these headaches or head sensations never go away when I masturbate and what's worse they last long. And I will be honest, I masturbate almost everyday. I can't fall asleep at night and by masturbating, it's easier to doze off. So I constantly have these weird sensations in my head, blood rushing, burning, prickling, cold sensation, tender spots... all kinds of stuff and I'm honestly so freaked out...
But I also had anxiety and panic issues ( I have sweaty feets and palms as well) before this, frm young so now I'm wandering is this post orgasm headaches, or is it just my extreme anxiety or is it something more worrisome? I'm so embarrassed to talk about this to my parents. Plus recently I have upper shoulder pain when I sit at laptop too long! AND I FEEL SO SCARED EVERYDAY, I HAVE THOUGHTS OF DYING CONSTANTLY AND I MASTURBATE TO RELAX AND THEN WHEN THE HEADACHES ARE BACK, I START TO WORRY AGAIN THAT IT'S MY MASTURBATION THAT'S TRIGGERING IT. IT'S A BLOODY CYCLE. PLEASE HELP ME!

Thank you for replying, I really appreciate it. And yes, I have planned to avoid the triggers as you said and see if it helps. I have worried myself to the end. Imagining worst possible scenarios, I feel a little at ease now. Thanks again.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
What other symptoms are present? I understand your concern and this could be due to exertion headaches. This may occur after passive or active exertions such as coughing, bowel movement, exercise or sexual activity. Avoidance of the trigger may help.  If it persists, you may need to have this checked for proper evaluation. Additional diagnostic tests may need to be done. Take care and do keep us posted.
