Hemiplegic Migraine

I'm 20 years old and have hemiplefic migraines.  None of my doctors have any experience treating a patient with hemiplegic migraines.  As a matter of fact, I'm the only patient they know who has them.  I would like to find a doctor who at least has some experience with my condition, but so far I've had no such luck.  I live in Southeast Tennessee and would appreciate it if someone could recommend a doctor for me to see.  Preferably, within driving distance of Chattanooga.

I was dx with Hemiplegic migraine/atypical migraines in 2009 when I was put in the hospital twice in 4 months for TIA sympotoms.  I had pt/ot for 6 months for weakness on left side of my body and speech/memory issues.  after January 2010 I have been symptom free thanks to my massage therapist and lots of rest. So, I am writing bc the last few days I have a feeling I am heading for another major issue... I am have migraines daily, (usually only once a month during cycle), pain in the neck (c3/c4) and now weakness on both side of body but most on left like last time ad balance issues and numbness.  I also have noticed my patience level has decreased which is normal when its coming on....  any specialist in the Maryland/VA/DC area that are true knowledge in this area not just neuro's bc I can't run around to 90 doctors doing 90 million tests while they try and get educated.  I had my last MRI withcontrast to watch for lesions on my brain last year.. clear.. watching incase MS...... hugs and thanks !!!
