How do I know if I had an aneurysm? What test can I ask for?

This is the 2nd doctor I have been to for this now. The first doctor ordered a head MRI no contrast & didn't find anything. The very first incident I had felt like an aneurysm.  Out of no where as I was going number two it felt like someone hit me in the back lower left park of my head, not in my neck but my head. I dropped off the toilet and faintly yelled help for my room mate to call 911.
My blood pressure was insanely high, I felt like I had a fever, I couldn't speak, I was just in so much pain. The ambulance guys though I was going thru withdrawal off opiates...I even pointed to my bottle where I had plenty of them, I wasn't going thru withdrawal something was very wrong.i was throwing up nonstop bile they did a CT scan and found nothing. I ended up leaving after I felt better due to an emergency at home..  It was the worst experience and pain I have ever felt, I've given birth no epidural. I would rather do that with triplets than go thru another one if those pains.
It was like a sledgehammer hitting my head in that one spot, and it would pulsate with my heart beat. No amount of massaging the area, changing positions, etc would alleviate it even slightly.

I'm not sure what I'm facing, I stumble over my words or jumble them, I have had migraines since I was little and had a concussion in 3rd grade.
I have no clue what test to ask for or even have a clue what it might be, any help would be appreciated
