Does anyone take Topamax for migraine control?  I actually take it to help with my IH and to prevent migraines. I have been taking it for a little over a month. I am up to a 100 mg a day. I have noticed a extreme decrease in appetite(which is totally okay with me, I could stand to loose a few pounds) But what I am not liking is I am not sure how to even put this into words...a kinda constant state of confusion? Maybe more goofiness than usual?? LOL....Its like I know what I wanna say , but the words dont come out right? I dont know how to explain this...I hope yall know what I am talking about.....Do you have any side effects that you cant quite explain??

Does this happen 100% of the time?

I suggest that you inform your physician about the condition.The medication has its own array of side effects and the side effects may vary from patient to patient. If this appears to persist or worsens with time, then I suggest that you have the dose modified if indicated.

That can happen, it usually takes a little while of taking it before your body gets used to it
