Is it possible for a sebaceous cyst to cause tension headaches or migraines?

For the past 3 days, including this morning, I have been suffering from morning headaches that seem to stem from the back of my head. It's difficult for me to see back there but when I rubbed my hand on the bottom of my head I felt two hard bumps on opposite ends from each other. They aren't that big but I have been experiencing the worst pain when I wake up. Eventually it goes away only to return later in the evening. To relieve the swelling I have been icing down the affected areas and it helps but only for a while. The pain seems to spread as well starting from the back of my head to my left eye. Is it possible that these cysts are causing the headaches? I've always had headache issues but never before like this.
