In that case i would suggest that you try, i know it is difficult but it is worth it.
Most of the times it is a food product like MSG, food preservatives like sodium nitrite, aged cheese, chocolates, lima beans.Along with stress, anxiety, bright light, loud noisy places.
Identifying the trigger and avoiding it is the best treatment for migraine. Good luck!

Migraines can be precipitated by physical and emotional stress. I think your shoulder injury may have been a form of physical stress to bring about a migraine attack.
Have you been able to identify any other trigger for your migraines?
