One side of my head hurts when I close my eyes

For almost two months now, I have been getting this annoying headache that only happens when I close my eyes. It's on the right side of my head and feels like it's connected to my right eye. As if the pain radiates from behind my right eye to above my right ear. I can "turn on" the pain by tensing up my head or face muscles (not sure how that works) while I have my eyes closed, and it will feel stronger and almost feel like muscle pain. I have no other symptoms and I can sleep just fine, because a few seconds after closing my eyes, the pain subsides. I don't think it's an eye problem because I don't have blurry vision and I have no trouble at all with my eyesight. Does anyone know what this might be or how I can get rid of it?

It's because you probably looked at a screen without other light surrounding it for a long period of time, try putting in some light in your room when you're in-front of a screen.
