So scared...to have a brain tumour

I am experiencing such bad headaches every single day, 24/7 in a localized spot, top left corner of my head especially. I have a beautiful one year old daughter and just got back to work. I cannot concentrate, I feel dizzy half of my days. I just wish i could enjoy this beautiful world, my daughter, my husband, my job, my LIFE!!!
I should mention that in that particular spot, I feel like my skull protrudes more, and it does. Like as if I have a mass/hump.. And that is where I feel so much heat and tingle and TIGHTNESS!  I DO have a bit of a degeneration in a disk of my neck...could it be a protruding nerve? I'm so scared. I get so angry and nervous and messy. I have to "fake" my way through my days just to make sure I get through them. I have read symptoms of brain tumours and I do have some of them.
I am also ALWAYS sick...throat pain, stuffiness all the time and this is unusual for me. I have gone through blood tests and nothing came through. I'm young and scared to death.... I need guidance, I need relief!! Please help.

Hi and welcome to the Migraines & Headaches Community.

I would get an MRI and/or CAT scan done. Especially since you have a lump. Nothing you are describing leads to a migraine. You need to get more tests done. And if your doctor can't find something then you need a 2nd opinion!! Keep pushing them. A lot of doctors can be so passive that it is ridiculous. Sometimes you have to be your own advocate and speak up for yourself! Good luck!!

I should also mention that this area pulsates/throbs a lot. Nothing works (Advil, Tylenol, naproxen). I'm also losing my hair and I usually have a VERY full head of hair. My husband even noticed that I've been losing a lot of it lately.
Anyone can help me?
