TBI, Violent attack, continueing pain, headaches

On Monday the third of this month, I was at a friends house drinking, details don't matter until legal action is taken, I was attacked from behind by an older man, he struck me in the back oh the head and right temple repeated times, he snapped, I did not receive medical attention, the pain has increased, I have had trouble processing information, concentrating, and doing simple mathematics, my whole life perspective has changed, I have had mood swings, uncontrollable crying, trouble sleeping, and worsening headaches. I am very scared for my health. I am considering the emergency room at this moment. I am 24 years old and I have a very high pain tolerance and rarely have ever used any pain killers, aspirin, ibuprofen ect, I need medical advice ASAP please help me!!!
