The sun???

Every time I stand in direct sunlight for more then a few seconds I get an intense head ache. I mean, this is awful, and all I can think about is shade. When I feel the top of my head it is sooo hot, and nobody elses head seems to get this hot, and no one else seems as bothered by the heat. Wearing a hat helps a little bit, but not always. It is really affecting my life, I don't go outside in the summer time if I can help it, I can't even swim which I love to do. Worse of all I have a hard time playing with my son and I don't get to enjoy the outdoors with him.

Also, I have a strange vision problem in the sun. I saw an eye doctor over this and he saw nothing wrong with my eyes. I see these weird swirling zig zags that are very similar to having a migraine but also different. I don't get a migraine afterwords, but the swirls cause some discomfort in my head. I don't know if these are related. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice? I know I should see a doctor but currently can't afford it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
Have you suffered from heat exhaustion or heat stroke in the past? Please avoid direct sunlight and also maintain proper hydration during the summer months.
