Topiramate 25 mg vaginal dryness

I started suffering from cluster headaches after coming off brith control so I got prescribed topiramate and at the beginning, it was fine. But around the second week when I started taking 50 mg, I got a yeast infection, which was treated. Now I have the worst case of vaginal dryness which makes sex painful and causes friction and sometimes bleeding. I don’t have the normal amount of lubrication I have down there, in fact I am completely dry which is very abnormal for me. I can feel the dryness when I sit, sleep, stand, and walk and have sex. I decided to taper off the medication, his long will it take for me to feel normal down there again. I’m abstaining from sex right now. The medication also gave me ear problems.
