Weird headaches - should I be worried about tumor/aneurysm?

I've been having a strange headache for almost a week now - it's like a mild constant pain but only at a specific point in my head (in the upper back right side of my head). Sometimes it almost goes away, and sometimes it seems stronger. I'm 26 years old and I've never had common headaches before; even when I did, they were like the usual tension headaches, on the forehead area or all head in general. I currently don't have any other symptoms, sometimes I get my right ear a bit clogged when I walk/talk but it doesn't happen often. I've done some googling and now I can't stop thinking about all the serious things it could be, like tumor or aneurysm.. Because of the current situation in my country I cannot make a test for that anytime soon unless it's an emergency.. So maybe someone could give me any advice if it's something I should be too worried about? Is it normal to have pain only at one point?

Hello and welcome to the forum.  Thanks for your question but sorry you are having this headache!  I think that since it is continuing and not getting better, the best thing is to see a doctor.  Either your regular physician or urgent care would be a great idea and if they are worried about the pandemic, they may work with you virtually to determine if you should be further evaluated in person.  Symptoms of an aneurism need to be ruled out. https://www.webmd.com/heart-disease/understanding-aneurysm-symptoms  That is normally described differently than you describe your symptoms leading me to believe this isn't likely.  But a doctor should tell you that after discussing this with you.  It's often described as a sudden searing pain, even like a tearing pain.  And some have a pulsing type of sensation, pain or lump at the point of a blood vessel.  There is something called a cluster headache that fits your symptoms. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/cluster-headache/symptoms-causes/syc-20352080  Please let us know if you can get to a doctor or call one
