headaches for 10 months

Hi
Im 32 yrs old male, Ive been having mild headaches( ears area, round head ) for like 10 months now+ stiff/pain in the neck sometimes, it all started when I had some problems with belly ( I thought its a colon pain) I was so stressed that I have some sort of cancer, I weet through internet looking for cancer symptoms and I found headaches I was happy because I didnt have any back then, But after 1  or 2 days I started to have headaches..coincidence? stress?(My belly problems stopped after few weeks) Its been like this for 10 months now..It always starts when I wake up and stops in the evening time( no headaches at night time, its not blood pressure issue)) also in last 10 months I went through hell and anxiety because I thought Im hiv positive eventhough I didnt have a risk, I was looking for symptoms all the time, one week ago I was tested negative ...headaches didnt go away :( I have done blood test twice all within range, what It might be?
Thanks

Hi,
How are you? Do you still experience the headaches?  If there was no previous history of trauma,  this could be due to a primary headache such as migraine, tension or cluster headache.  Primary headaches are not caused by any underlying condition. It may also help if you try to identify the possible triggers. This may be stress, diet, and even environmental factors. Knowing the triggers may help you avoid them. Cold compresses and pain medications may also help provide relief. If it persists, have this evaluated further for proepr management. Your medical history, physical and neurological examination will help with the diagnosis. Take care and best regards.
