meningitis and headaches?

For the last two years, I have been experiencing headaches at least 3 times a week, the headaches are almost always on my left frontal lobe with a feeling of pressure behind my eyes. I had viral meningitis just over two years ago and was wondering could the headaches be related to that? or what other reason could cause these headaches?

Hi,

Other symptoms include blurring of vision and maybe once or twice a week I will faint. I get extremely light headed after im standing for too long or occasionally when I stand up.  I suspected the fainting is from my poor eating habits or lack of iron though? Im not sure if those could contribute to the headaches or not?  I have booked in to see my GP next week so I will mention the problem again to her.

Kindest Regards.

Hi,
What other symptoms are present? This could be due to primary headaches such as migraine, tension or cluster headache. It is important that the trigger is identified and avoided to prevent recurrence. However, if it persists or the severity increases, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
