need answers

I have had this headache for about a week nothing I took helped, well it is now gone but now I have noticed that my lower left side of mouth is numb, the left side lower jaw is really sore to the touch, but it is just really my lips that seem to be affected, and now my left eye twitches,  i have had 3 strokes in the past and this does not seem like a stroke and I have also had heartattack and this is nothing like that either, just want to know what could cause this to be dumb and hurt and if anyone knows how long will it last should I be worried>
