pressure headaches

Hello I am a 13 year old boy and I run.  It started at one race I was in, right after it I felt a very bad pain, a 9 or a ten. Then it goes away, but I can still feel a dull head ache during the day. When I jump, lean over, or run this aggravates it. I am very worried. (Also I have anxiety, genetically). Does anyone have an idea what this is from? Also I have been tired and not as hungry.

This sounds similar to what I am dealing with. Activity seems to make it worse. For me the only thing that makes it better is closing my eyes and going to sleep.I talked to my doctor about it and she recommended craniosacral therapy. I haven't started it yet, so I don't know if it will work. I would suggest looking into though!
