sharp, shooting pain left parietal/temporal lobe

im aware i have a tumor called "cavernous hemangioma" located behind my left eye. recently i have been getting really sharp, shooting pains on the left side of my head. so severe that i get real dizzy and just need to stay put for a few seconds. it throbs, goes away for about 2 hours then comes back but when it hits, it hits hard. is this related to my hemangioma? or is it just a typical migraine?

Hi,
How are you? Cavernous hemangiomas or abnormal collection of blood-filled channels that resemble blood vessels may present with headaches, focal neurological deficits, seizures and even stroke especially if  these channels bleed. It can also be asymptomatic. For proper evaluation, have this checked by your doctor or be referred to a neurologist. Direct clinical examiantion and complete neurological evaluation is important. Take care and best regards.
