Hi Group Members!
Some of you may have noticed that your migraine trackers have not been working lately. I wanted to let you know that I have contacted MedHelp technical support about this issue and they responded on Wednesday September 23rd to let me know that the MedHelp engineering department was currently working to resolve the issue.
I have also spoken to Cheryl, the MedHelp Community Manager, and she said that she would keep track of the issue for us to make sure that it was being taken care of and that she would keep us updated on any progress that was being made.
So... if your migraine tracker is one of the trackers that is currently down... please be patient as this should be resolved shortly.
If you would like to let MedHelp know that your tracker is one of the trackers that is currently down, all technical issues should be sent to MedHelp by using the "contact us" feature which I will link to here:

If you need a way to track your migraines while the Migraine Tracker is experiencing technical difficulties, I am including a few links of pen&paper based trackers that you can print out and track manually. Then, if you want to, you can always transfer the information that you recorded on your paper-based tracker into your MedHelp migraine tracker once the MedHelp trackers are back-up and running smoothly.
A list of some paper-based trackers that you can print:
