I'm getting REALLY frustrated with my body again. My status migrainous is up to something weird and I'm not really sure what it is. I wake up feeling groggy (no surprise, I hate mornings), but after my coffee and taking my meds, I start to settle into a normal level of pain. But recently, about 2 hours after I wake up, I get this HUGE spike in pain, that sometimes leaves me curled up in the fetal position for the rest of the day. I'm getting really tired of this.

Anybody have any grand ideas about why my migraines are kicking into overdrive after I wake up? I'm kinda at a loss.

Hope all's well with you,

~Dame

Could it be heat related?  I have issues with the heat so I expect more migraines in the change of season, and with allergies.  Are you eating anything different?  Or new meds?

I will think on it, maybe we can get it figured out.
