4th M/C in 18 months

So here I am again!!! This is the 4th m/c in just about 18 months. My 1st was 3-3-09, 2nd 8-18-09, 3rd 1-28-10 and now the 4th is almost a year to the date of the 3nd one. It is so frustrating when the Dr.s office can't even tell me straight out!!! They say well we can't say for sure because your numbers are rising then dropping and then rising again. Well I started to bleed on 7-26 and it was only the one day, and then spotting only when I wiped on and off for like 12-13 days. Now everything has completely stopped. I never passed any clots or tissue, the last time I went to the Dr my cervix was still closed. The last time I had my numbers checked they were only 68 and that was over a week and a half ago. I don't know why I still have all the symptoms and keep getting clear as day BFP. I think I might need a D&C again. I had one only with the 1st one. This m/c was different from the others, usually before the bleeding stopped my symptoms were gone and the hpt were getting lighter and lighter. I really thought this was it that God would not let this happen to me again. How many more times am I going to have to go through this to get my 3rd baby????? I have had all the testing done and they can't find nothing wrong!!!!!  Well I am not waiting to ttc again!!!

I am pretty sure I miscarried now, all my symptoms are gone..=-( And I got my first BFN yesterday!!!!! Thanks for the advice Gina04.

If you really think you are pregnant and you are now bleeding and in pain, you should seek medical attention right away.

hi dont know wether you can help me i already have two children and im pretty sure i was pregnant all the symptoms were there but i started to bleed yestday the day after my period was due but i havent been able to sleep and i am in alot of pain! dont know what to do do you think im losing my baby?

Since it sounds like you aren't absolutely sure that you miscarried, I would have the doctor do an ultrasound to find out for sure.  Then, if you need the D and C, have that done.  As far as getting pregnant again, I would recommend complete bed rest as soon as you think you might be pregnant.  It's possible that if your body is able to just focus on the baby that you will be able to carry to term.
