Am i having a miscarriage?

Hi, i have been cramping for over a week now, it started not that bad and i was able to deal with the pain, although i did see a doctor. They thought i had burst a syst on my ovaries, but it turns out i am pregnant. I have no idea how i feel about this. But now the pain is getting worse, i have been to the hosptial, and they told me to come back in 2 weeks because i'm only 4 weeks pregnant. I don't know what to do.

I am having painful cramps on both sides of lower tummy where your hips are and around the back. I haven't been to my doc yet but i did POAS yesterday and it was a big bright fat positive, the line came up almost immediately. This is my 3rd pregnancy in the last 6 months. I dont' mind the cramps cause it tells me my baby is there.

It may be due to your uterus growing I know I experienced really bad cramping at 6 weeks almost like a period trying to start but as long as you were given the clear and its not a tubal pregnancy I would just take some tylenol and try to rest see if that helps out. Good luck to you!
