It was surgery for my gall bladder. However i took several home tests and got negatives. I have had miscarriages in the past so i was wondering if this may have been an early sign of another one.
With you having had gynecological surgery Your dr/nurse will have asked you if you are pregnant and would have carried out a preg test before surgery. If you have had sex during this time of course there is always a possibility of being pregnant so I would carry out a test as a precaution. Tender nipples is a sign of pregnancy but having a period through it, is not common. you could be focusing on being pregnant hence its always on your mind and your nipples are responding. periods themselves change the older we get so this could be normal. unless you do a test you wont know if your pregnant or if you have miscarried, you may never know that unless you get a scan. even if you have miscarried then the hormone can still show up in the body making a test positive so test first and if positive repeat in a few days. good luck x
