If you're already a runner/jogger then don't worry. I got pregnant when my husband and I were vacationing and did activities like hiking, swimming, zipline, running, etc. Don't worry too much! Just keep track of your cycle and have plenty of sex during your fertile period.
Ihad miscarriage in december 2011... After that i use to do proper work out... 100-150 crunches a day... On my 6th month i was pg... I m 27wks no problem... As matter of fact after loosing weight i conceived much quickly... However u should consult ur doctor before starting trying n working out at the same time...
