Getting pregnant after miscarriage

I started my miscarriage at 8 1/2 weeks on Saturday the 14th and everything had passed by Wednesday the 18th of this month.  (Sept), (which would also be my typical period time).  The Dr said everything passed on its own and that I wouldn't need a DNC.
This past week, starting on Monday the 23rd I started having EXTREMELY strong ovulation symptoms.   Stronger than normal and my husband and I are wanting to try again, but wanted to wait until we knew it would be a safe environment for the baby so we didn't have to go through the pain again, but we didn't think I could get pregnant again so soon.  We started having unprotected sex, (like when we were trying), pretty much daily.   I've read MULTIPLE stories recently of women getting pregnant within a few weeks after a miscarriage and going on to having extremely healthy pregnancies and babies.   Could I really be ovulating and should I be on the lookout for a pregnancy?  (I'm EXTREMELY fertile, btw)..  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was pregnant in may and miscarried at 6+5. I bled for 1 month & was told to wait for my first period to come which shows my body has regulated and to then go ahead and start trying. 1 month after the bleeding stopped I got my period. We tried getting pregnant and viola,  I'm 7+3 now.

My doctor explained it to me that after you give birth or have an mc you ovoulate before your first period and that is the time you want to avoid. He basically said bc its less stress on my body to wait until my body has gone back to normal.

Excuse me I'm almost five weeks.  I lost my last pregnancy at five weeks a month ago. So we are nervous right now.  Everyday is like walking on egg shells.

I to am pregnant right after a mc. I'm only 6 weeks so I am extremely nervous.  I lost my last pregnancy a month ago.  I hope this one works out. I didn't think we could get pregnant so fast afterword or I would have waited but I've read that after a mc you are even more furile then normal.

Although I am not sure how soon after my miscarriage I ovulated, I had a m/c 8/12/13 and I am pregnant again without having a period first. So yes... I would be on the lookout for a pregnancy if you have symptoms. Stranger things have happened.

I just had a miscarriage started monday the 23 at 5wks. Its already friday and it looks like I'm still passing because my mentrual is heavy. When I saw the doctor yeaterday he told me that he always recommend waiting a month or two to be on the save side and healed inside. But he also doing all kind of blood test to avoided a second time. But if u feel ok thrn go for it.
