Now I am so confused.... It took me 1 1/2 weeks for mine to go back to normal..But my period came exactly 28 days from when I had my m/c about 2 1/2 weeks after hcg went down to zero. I don't know when I ovulated so I am wondering if I could be pregnant now... My bb's hurt like crazy and this period is only lasted a few hours... I guess I gotta wait and find out.

I second HeatherLF16, zero'd out at 3 weeks and got my first period at 51/2 weeks post D&C. I think by 8 weeks it should totally be zero (unless your prego again?), I'd make an appointment w/ your OB.

It took my HCG levels two-three weeks to go back to normal.  Then I got my cycle five weeks from the date of the d&c. Has your doctor done an ultrasound to make sure all of the miscarriage tissue is gone?  If it is not it could cause levels to not go down.  Either that or could you be pregnant again?
