How soon can I get pregnant??

I had to have a d and e done on Thursday due to my pregnancy not progressing (there was a gestational sac present and the yolk sac, just no fetal pole), so the pregnancy had to be terminated! My fiancé and I are trying to conceive! We had sex two days after the surgery (I know this is early, but we couldn't wait), is it possible to become pregnant that soon after??

I don't think so. I was told that you had to wait til you next cycle then hopefully after that.

You are told to wait for at least a cycle after a miscarriage...but that's to help with dates. I bled for four weeks after my miscarriage and what I thought was a period , my doctor said it wasn't because I passed another clot. However I conceived six weeks after my mc and I couldn't give my midwife the date of my LMP . The scan confirms your dates though ... Just make sure you are emotionally ready before conceiving. I found it extremely hard to accept my pregnancy even though I really wanted it. I was so scared if going through another mc and was having nightmares constantly. I'm better now but ill always worry... Good luck , sending baby dust your way

Yes it is possible. Even tho doc may say wait... There is also nothing wrong with trying soon after. I had a early miscarriage may 3rd and I just found out I'm 4weeks last Friday. I'm scared but praying for the best. So yes keep trying and babydust and blessings to u :)

Thank you all!! I believe that I am ready! I just pray that I am physically! My breast have been very sensitive and tender the past two weeks and I have been nauseated off and on! Still no sign of a period though! I hate playing the waiting game and not knowing!
