I NEED HELP!!! IM SO CONFUSED

Okay i miscarried at 7 weeks and 5 days and carried until i was 10 weeks 5 days
they couldnt find a heart beat for my baby i had a D&C and have not had a period since i only spotted i've had unprotected sex with my husband and ive taken pregnancy test right after my D&C and it said negitive but about three weeks after my D&C ive been having pregnancy symptoms and believe that i  may be pregnant again but very very early
ive taken test and they say postive but only in the morning will they show a positive result and im not sure if its because of my hormones or if i may be pregnant again can anyone help me im very confused

I was informed after i had my BHCG ran again that i was infact pregnant but my body had miscarried it because of where i just got over a miscarriage it was a full complete m/c no need for a d&c still heart breaking im starting to wonder if i can have children concidering im 18 and this is my 3rd miscarriage ='[ my husband and i are scared we will never have them

hi if you have positive test than there is 90% chances that you have concieved but
you must concern to your doctor and also run your BHCG .

well iwent to the doctor today and got blood work taken and i find out tomorrow what the stats are and my levels then i go back in two weeks to get more blood drawn and find out if my levels went up hopefully they have i really wish to have a child

I'm sorry for your loss.  FMU is better for a more accurate result. If your morning test is showing a positive and your unsure I would call your Dr. and see about getting some B/W done. I wish you the best, let me know how you make out.

if you are getting a positive test now i would go to your doctors and have them run your hcg levels.
