It can take a good few weeks for hormone levels and pregnancy symptoms to leave you system completely. From what you describe it does sound like you miscarried unfortunately. The doctor will most likely need to repeat a blood test in a week or so to check your hormone levels are dropping - this takes a while to happen but does eventually leave your system.

Im sorry to hear of your troubles. Is your doctor going to order another blood test? You will still show up positive on hpt tests it  takes a while for all the pregnancy hormonrs to get out of your system. the most accurate testing is the beta HCG because it will tell you if those numbers are going up or down. Call your doctor and see if you can repeat the test. Take care
