Thanx for your support ladies. I really appreciate your advice. @littlegirl8212   I will definately try going out n do the things i enjoy. Sitting home and doing nothing is making my life miserable. I cant depend on family n friends as i dont hav any. I have my partner with me But depending on his mood he will sometimes make me smile n sometimes makes me cry. I cant forget the moment i walked  into my own house empty handed after carrying her inside me for 38 weeks. I will never get over this pain.

I am so sorry for your loss. I recently lost a son at 29 weeks in March. It is a terrible thing to have to go thru. Unfortunately we do not have any answers why this happened.  So our dilemna right now is if we try again what can we do to prevent this from happening again. I truely can say I know what it feels like to have my heart literally broken.  Thank God for my daughter because I don't think I would have been able to get thru this.  So what I found that worked for me (it may not work for everyone) I took some time for myself and did things that made me happy.  I did NOT stay in bed! I was afraid I would have fallen into such a depression it would have been harder to get out of.  So I did family outings with my husband and daughter.  It doesn't take the pain away and you will never forget this but it does help not to constantly be sitting around and everyone asking you how you are. When obviously you are dying inside.  Please feel free to contact me with any and all questions or if there is anything I can possible help with.

Im so sorry for your loss, i have not experienced what you are going through but i have had 3 early pregnancy losses and can sympathyse. All i can recommend is to surround yourself with your family and friends, maybe find a counselor who is experienced with still birth who can listen and provide support. Unfortunatly some people will try to help and will say the wrong things, they wont mean to, they just dont understand unless they have experienced it before.
Take time to heal. talk to your part er, he will be hurting aswell. Try not to isolate yourself.
