Late term mc ttc again plesae help!!!

I have had 4 live birth's before and was not trying for any of them, But my Fianceeand I have been trying for 2 years... I can get pregnant but always end up mc. I made it 15wks with first 12 wks with second and 10 with 3rd? I had a procedure to check if I had any scar's or damage to mu uterus and I was good? So I think I might have a problem with my hormones or progesterone. After my last live birth, I started to grow hair on my chest and collar bone area it was darker and course, it was only a few hairs between my breast and on collar bone line but every once in awhile I will get a few dark chin hairs? What do you think is the prob? Do you think hormones are related? And will taking progesterone treatments while pregnant if that's not the prob. will that be a bad thing?

Thank you for all of your help. I have had a chromosomal analysis, as well as checks for blood disorders. I have a competent cervix as well. I plan on doing bed rest right away when I'am about 6 weeks and doing progesterone injections. This will most likely be our last attempt so i'm hoping all goes well... Thanks again and merry Christmas and happy new year!

Sounds like many things can be going wrong. They say first trimesters loses are normally due to chromosome abnormalities. I guess with the next pregnancy you can have them do a chromosomal analysis, check your hormone levels during the pregnancy, get the progesterone injections, see if you have any bleeding disrorders, try bed rest around the second and third months (I prefer till the sixth month when fetal is viable), also you can see if they consider a possibility that you may have an incompetent cervix and you can get a cerclage. There is also a type of scan they can do to check your cervix. But try and be as proactive as possible. Because for me one loss is too many. But good luck hope all goes well and I'm sorry for your losses.
