Missed miscarriage

Hi all
I had an early scan when I shud have been 11w and was told there was just a sac and baby had stopped developing at 7 weeks.this was my first pregnancy and we were sooo happy to be pregnant so were very shocked to be told I would miscarry. I since have miscarried and am desperate to try again.is it advisable to wait for first period or could I get pregnant before?I have been bleeding for about 11 days now,but practically stopped,just spotting.I would b greatful for any advise..

sorry about your loss, theres no  reason why you cant try again as long as you feel ready emothionlly and physically as your body has been through alot, i misc at 10 weeks and got preg imm  after unfortunatly tha pregenecy ended in misc too but that was not because of how soon i caught there is no proof that waiting is more sucessful. there is a higher chance of you getting pregnent if you tryed now as your very fertile after a miscarriage, i wish you the best

I am sorry for your loos. I also had a misc at 14 weeks preg, the heartbeat stoped and I still dont nkow why. I know haw you feel, this is a very bad experinece  that i woudnt wish to anyone. But keep hope, and try to get preg again. I thing wainting 3 cycles improve your chanses of getting preg and give your body time to recover. I wish you all the best and a beautiful baby soon. Hugs
