No fetus found in ultrasound

After Endovaginal ultrasound on 9th May, doctor said there was no fetal found only sac is available with 19.1 mm size. so,on same day checked B-HCG and again repeated after 48 hour interval. Result was 35000(firsttime) & 53000 (second time). Now today after seeing B.Hcg count doctor asked me to do ultrasound after 2 days.

For your information.
My LMP 19March2018.
Ovulation between 12th March and April 1 as per Ovulation kit. So We had sexual intercourse only between these dates.
I don't have any abdominal pain, but I passed a blood clot 2 days before scanning. Also my stomach is filling very fast with gas.

Please give your reply , I am totally depressed.

These are the criteria radiologists use to determine if findings on obstetrical ultrasound are diagnostic of miscarriage vs. suspicious for but not diagnostic of miscarriage: https://www.acog.org/-/media/Practice-Bulletins/Images/pb200a.ashx. Your scenario of gestational sac diameter of 16-24 mm and no embryo is in the column on the right, which is suspicious for but not diagnostic of miscarriage. This is why your doctor requested a repeat ultrasound in a few days.

Please wait it out with your doctor. I went through two miscarriages back to back in march and then april. Hormone levels can be a nightmare but they have to constantly be tracked to figure out the next step. Bleeding doesn’t necessarily mean you are having a miscarriage so they are checking the hcg levels to confirm.
