Possible miscarriage... or something else??

I had sex with my, now ex, boyfriend on Nov. 13th 2013, the condom broke. I didn't have my next period and I didn't think much of it. I missed my period in December, took a pregnancy test that came back negative (Which I think was due to user flaw, I didn't want to be pregnant so as soon as I seen one line I didn't wait and tossed it in the trash.) Still didn't start even after taking the test. Last night my 4 year old son and I were playing before bed and he accidentally pounced directly on the lower part of my stomach, full force with his 37 pound self. It hurt so flippin bad I was in tears. I started to cramp before going to sleep but went to sleep anyways.
This morning I had light pinkish/red spotting and figured it was my period coming. About an hour later I went pee and gushed blood. Put on a pad figuring I had started. Next pee there was only light pinkish/red spots (like 4 of them). I put on a liner and next pee there was nothing on it. Now as I sit here typing this I am cramping, I have a migraine, my back hurts, my legs feel as if I've ran some kind of major marathon, and I am running a minor fever. Am I having a miscarriage or did my son's accidental pounce injure me?

You should be seen either way ASAP. If you ARE pregnant you need to be evaluated for bleeding and pain. If your NOT you need to be evaluated for the bleeding and pain.

Take another pregnancy test and see what it says, then decide if you think you need to see a doctor.
You could be pregnant and experiencing bleeding or it could just be your period finally showing up.
