I replied on your other post, I'm not a doctor but I know your frustrations. If you feel you and your body are back in sync I believe you should try. But be smart (rest, prenatals, check ups, healthy diet, low stress) you get it :)
Wait until you have had one full cycle with a normal period. You want to be sure your uterine lining is recovered enough to support a new pregnancy. In the meantime, get a beta hCG count to be sure your hCG levels are at 0 (or under 5), or else if you get pregnant again you won't be able to tell if it's a new pregnancy or remnants of the old one.
