Pregnancy after miscarriage

Hi, I had missed abortion(9weeks) and D&C was done on 6th March, I had bleeding from 6 to 10 and again on 14 March I had bleeding for 3-4 days. till now,2 may, I am waiting for my periods. B-hCG was done on 7th April, it was 18.9. Again we did a pregnancy test at home on 23th APRIL, it was negative. and blooed test was done on 25th APRIL, THE REPORT WAS NEGATIVE.
Please suggest....can I be still pregnent?
If not when can I expect my periods?
Appreciate the responses
shweta

Im not sure what the one day bleeding could be. If you have been having unprotected sex, you could be pregnant again. you would ovulate before you had a period and sometimes the brown discharge shows up around when you would have gotten your period. I would take another pregnancy test just in case using morning urine. It could also just be your body getting itself back to normal after the m/c and your period could be getting ready to show up. Good luck!

If you blood HCG test was at 0 then it would not be possible for you too be pregnant. If you HCG was at 18.9 and then at 0 on the 25th I would think that you might have had a chemical pregnancy.
Your period could come back within a couple of weeks or sometimes it takes longer, it varies for every women.
