Pregnant 3 weeks after miscarriage?

I was very early pregnant, my hcg level was 114 on a Friday and I started bleeding the next day.  I went to the Dr. that following Monday and the level had dropped to 112, I was told I was going to have a miscarriage again.  Then the next week the level was 93, then one week later it was at 11 (which was last Wed.).  I went yesterday to see if my level was back to normal and found out today that it went up to 43.  I have had intercourse using the withdrawl method 3 times in the last week so I am curious (and so is the Dr.) whether I am pregnant again or if it is something else.  I have miscarried before and I am positive I passed the fetal tissue.  What all could cause this?  Does this sound like I am pregnant again?

By the way, it turns out that I was pregnant again.  I wanted to post the follow up in case someone in my situation runs across this months from now.  You can get pregnant before your hcg level goes back to 5 or lower, you can get pregnant immediately after a miscarriage, anything is possible.  But one thing you need to make sure you have....God!!!  All things are possible through Christ who strengthens me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I go back to the Dr. Monday to get more blood drawn, but I miscarried due to low progesterone which makes me worry that my numbers won't double or triple and that will require more waiting, and possibly another miscarriage.  It is hard to say about the missed period because I just stopped bleeding from the miscarriage 2 weeks ago.

From what I've read your hcg level would not go back up unless there was a new pregnancy.  When is your next period due, do you know?  If your period is late it is worth doing a home pregnancy test and request another blood test.
