MD visit

I finally am going to my doctor tomorrow to get help with TTC.  For those that don't know my story, I was 16 weeks and found out my baby had died.  It's been over a year since my loss and still have not gotten pregnant.  I have PCOS so I don't usually ovulate very much anyway.  I think he is going to put me on Clomid  with some other meds to help with mucus- like Mucinex.  I will let everyone know what we found out.  I'm on CD 14- but of course, no signs of ovulation yet.  It would be so nice if I would actually ovulate on my own just this one month.

I'm so happy that things are moving forward for you. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that you will ovulate on your own within the next couple of days: ) I wish you the best and i'll keep you in my prayers.

Do you start taking the progesterone right after O?  Or does your Dr. have you wait until you get pregnant?  I hope the Clomid helps you.  Good luck at the Dr.!

That's great about your hormone workup.  Sounds like you have all your ducks in a row :)

Still waiting . . . for AF or BFP.

I actually went through glucose testing about 2 years ago and everything was normal.  He also did a complete hormone workup back in October, so he's got that covered.  My biggest issue is low progesterone levels all the time.  I had to supplement with my last two pregnancies- one that ended in mc.  So, any good news from your Clomid treatment?

Let us know how it goes!  Have you had any blood tests done yet?  When I just saw my NP on Monday, one of the things she tested was my Glucose level, as insulin can be a factor.  She mentioned that it typically only effects women with PCOS.  Even though we are almost positive that I don't have that, I am overweight so she wanted to check it out.

Good luck!
