What could it be? Am I pregnant?

I’m very confused, I recently had a natural miscarriage May 12th, I was 13 weeks when it happened, but according to the ultrasound prior to the natural MC, the baby stopped growing around 10-11 weeks. I had an ultrasound a few days after the MC, they said it looked like everything cleared out on it’s own. The doctor monitored my HCG every week until it was back to 3 with a negative pregnancy test. I had a few weeks of bleeding following my MC and then turned into spotting here and there. Around the 6 weeks post MC mark I started spotting brown. Thinking this was my period, it went on about the same for 10 days, had a little bit of pink spotting, then nothing. The brown spotting wasn’t even enough to fill a pantyliner. I assumed that was my period, but have recently started feeling easily nauseated like I do when I’m pregnant, have had headaches, and super tired (I should add I have had two healthy babies prior to my MC, this was my first one). Thinking it was odd that I’ve started feeling this way again, I took a HPT this morning and got a very faint positive within a minute. Could I actually be pregnant again? Now I’m wondering if that was implantation bleeding and not a period, is that possible?  I would love it if I was, we have been sexually active since my hcg level was in the negative range, letting it happen if it happens.  Planning on taking another test in a few days. Wondering if this has happened with anyone else? Let me know your thoughts.
