could i be having early pregnancy symptoms after miscarrying 3wks ago??

i have no answers to your question but i suggest you check with your doctor hope all goes well xx..im new to this.i just recently had a miscarriage 07.04.17 at 5wks pregant i had no idea i was even pregnant because i had gotten my normal period for a week then 2days after that stopped i had started spotting,i only found out i was pregnant cause i was suffering cramps daily on the 1 side of my abdomen so i went to the doctors and they said straight away i was pregnant so i done a pregnancy test and it came up positive straight away and they said i was 3wks4days but could be having a ectopic pregnancy and would have to do blood tests every 2days till they knew everything was ok so for 2wks i was doing blood tests every 2days and they wanted me to go for a scan which is happend to be on my daughters 3rd birthday(07.04.17) we were excited to see our 4th little bean all to find out there was no more baby & i started bleeding more that morning with small clots i stopped bleeding a week later on the 13.04.17 and had unprotected sex few times and have am feeling extremely tired,major migrains,nausea & hungry all the time could i be having early pregnancy syptoms again??? sorry for to all who have been experiencing miscarrying its horrible i still get upset to this day bout my recent miscarriage & hope to get my lucky last baby
